Eggs (by Grades). Producer Prices in Selected Russian Regions, Weekly

The chart below displays weekly producer prices for fresh chicken eggs (Grade 1 and Grade 2) in three selected Russian regions, RUB/10 pcs excluding VAT.

Note: The selected regions serve as key indicators for the Southern, Volga, and Northwestern Federal Districts. Krasnodar Krai ranks first in egg production within the Southern FD, Vologda Oblast ranks second in the Northwestern FD, and the Udmurt Republic is also one of the main producers in the Volga FD.

In 2025, out of Russia’s total production of 48.58 billion eggs across more than 80 regions, Krasnodar Krai produced 1.44 billion, the Udmurt Republic produced 1.12 billion, and Vologda Oblast produced 0.67 billion. Combined, these three regions account for 6.7% of the nation’s total output.
